1.Product Introduction

This household gas oven shaded pole motor has only a main winding, no start winding.

But at the poles of the stator has a short circuit ring, also known as the "electrode cover ring",

When the motor is energized, the main magnetic pole part generates a magnetic field, which is pulsating and the motor does not rotate.

However, the short circuit current is generated in the short circuit ring, so that the magnetic field generated by the cover part on the magnetic pole lags more than the uncovered part, so the magnetic pole forms a rotating magnetic field, and the motor rotor rotates and starts the work.

In fact, this short-circuit ring is equivalent to the starting winding of the motor.

This household gas oven shaded pole motor usually adopts cage bute cast aluminum rotor. According to the different stator shape structure, it is divided into convex pole cover motor hidden pole cover motor.

When the excitation coil of the pole motor is energized, the magnetic flux of the pole motor is moving in space, from the end cover part to the cover part, like a rotating magnetic field, so that the cage structure rotor of the starting torque, and also determines the turn of the motor from the end cover part to the cover part.
