1.Product Introduction

The stator core of shaded pole motor is the same as that of ordinary single-phase motor.

Distributed windings are adopted in its stator windings, and the main windings are distributed in the stator slots. Instead of short-circuited copper rings, the shaded pole windings are wound into distributed windings (self-short-circuited after series series) with thick enamelled wire and embedded in the stator slots (about 1/3 of the total number of slots), playing the role of an auxiliary group when the main winding of a covered pole motor is charged, the covered pole winding will also generate induced current, so that the flux of the covered part and the uncovered part of the stator magnetic pole cover pole winding will rotate to the direction of the covered part.

The advantage of shield pole motor is that it has simple structure, without additional winding and capacitor shield pole motor. The disadvantage is low efficiency and large slip. If the environment is harsh and closed, then the motor with low electromagnetic load should be considered, because the heat dissipation is more difficult in this case.
