A: We usually work from 5 days to 6 days. However, sometimes due to the large number of order plans, our workers need to work overtime to get the job done.

A: Yes, it's just a different model series.

Q: Can we pay separately after receiving the goods?

A: Sorry, you can't. We do not accept this payment terms. We hope to receive the payment by letter of credit or T/T in advance. Because deferred payment is too risky for us.

Q: How long is the motor warranty period?

A: Our motor warranty period usually depends on the contract we signed. Our warranty period is 6 months to 1 year.
