Q:Is there a MOQ for your motors?
A:Yes. The MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after sample approval. But it's also okay for us to accept smaller lots like a few dozens, hundreds or thousands for the initial 3 orders after sample approval. For samples, there is no MOQ requirement. But the less the better (like no more than 5pcs) on condition that the quantity is enough in case any changes needed after initial testing.

 

Q:Could you send me a price list?
A:For all of our motors, they are customized based on different requirements like lifetime, noise, voltage, and shaft etc. The price also varies according to annual quantity. So it's really difficult for us to provide a price list. If you can share your detailed requirements and annual quantity, we'll see what offer we can provide.

 

Q:Are you motors reversible?
A:For all the low voltage dc motors, they are reversible (when you exchange the electrical poles, they can run in another direction). The stall torque for the favor rotation will be less, but the max. Efficiency point will be higher.

 

Q:Is it possible for you to develop new motors if we provide the tooling cost?
A:Yes. Please kindly share the detailed requirements like performance, size, annual quantity, target price etc. Then we'll make our evaluation to see if we can arrange or not.
