A:Sample Order takes 7-15 workdays.Bulk Order takes 15-25workdays.

A: Payment by T/T, PayPal, Western Union. Sample order 100% in advacne,bulk order more than 5000USD, 30-50% deposit, the balance paid before shippment.

Product knowledge

According to the load nature of the mixer and the requirements of the production process for the start, braking, operation and speed regulation of the motor, the motor type should be reasonably selected.

According to the requirements of stirring shaft power, torque, speed variation range and starting frequency, consider the temperature rise control, overload capacity and starting torque of the motor, reasonably select the motor capacity, and determine the cooling ventilation method. The selected motor model and rated power should be able to meet the requirements of power increase when the stirring equipment is started.

According to the environmental conditions of the mixer workplace, such as temperature, humidity, installation position, dust, rain, corrosion and existing flammable and explosive gases, etc., consider the necessary protection methods and motor structure types, and determine the protection level and explosion-proof level of the motor.

Determine the voltage level of the motor according to the enterprise grid voltage standard and the power factor requirements.

The rated speed of the motor is selected according to the maximum speed of the mixer and the performance requirements of the transition process of the transmission speed control system, as well as the complexity of the mechanical deceleration.
