Q:How many camera motors you produce every year?

A:we produce around 5Kpcs everyday, so the annual camera motor’s volume will be over 600Kpcs,however if you need more quantity. We can also make it.

Q:What is your fastest delivery time  ?                                                                               

A: -It depends on different order quantity, if you only need 5pcs samples, we can delivery them within 10 days. but for mass order, we need around 30 working days to produce.

Q:Are your gear motors speed adjustable?

A:yes.we can ensure the motor’s speed is adjustable by our special design. and also we can help to make motors by your different demand.

Q:What is the CNC equipment motor character? 

A: The CNC equipment motor need high torque, high efficiency and the most important things is the speed, voltage, power etc must be adjustable. 

Q:Can you offer your accurate price before making samples?

A:Sorry,we can’t offer you the accurate price before making samples. Because this CNC equipment motor has different technical request, it means the motor will be different. So we need time to check and offer you accurate price after finish sample

Q:Can you ask my Chinese friend to buy your gear motors?

A:yes,you can let some other one to buy gear motors from us. However, we must make the contract first in order to avoid any problems. 

Q:Do you have any agent for this CNC equipment motor in USA?A:No,we current don’t have any agent in USA. However if you can help us to develop the market in USA. We can discuss that case after we making the mass orders!

Q: I don’t know the exact required parameter, how should I choose a suitable model ?

A:It is simple for us to help you to introduce some model motors for your applications. You need to tell us some basic technical data before we supporting you!

Q: What is your fastest delivery time?

A:The delivery time depends on different order quantity and different period of year due to we have peak seasons. We usually only need 20-30 days to make mass order.

Q:How long is the delivery for your industrial part?

A: Generally speaking, it will take us 15 working days for machining parts and 25 working days for stamping parts products. But we will shorten our lead time as soon as possible according to customers' demands.

Q:Can you offer some special people to work with us in placing mass orders?

A:Yes,we can. However, it depends on how big of your mass orders quantity.

Q: How far from your factory to the loading port?

A:It only takes 1 hours from our factory to our local loading port. And it is very convenient for us to make the transportation.
