Q:What parameter should I provide before the sample making? 

A:Good question. Normally we need to know the Nominal Voltage, Free-load Speed, On-load Torque, On-load Speed, Rotation Direction, Shaft Diameter and Length. If there    is other special requirement, please let us know in advance, such as working current limits, EMC limits, noise limits, expected lifetime and shaft process (D-shape, multi-knurls, mounting holes etc).

Q:What is your Transportation?

A:Transported by DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx Air freight or sea freight. 

Q:Is there any testing report or motor specification when I get the sample ?

A: Yes, we can provide the testing report and specification after the sample is ready. We will send a PDF file to you. By the way, motor specification will be available 3-5 days later after sample is ready.

Q:How to guarantee the quality of industrial parts?

A:We have the integrated system for industrial parts quality control. We have IQC (incoming quality control), IPQCS (in process quality control section), FQC (final quality control) and OQC (out-going quality control) to control each process of production.

Q: What is your payment method?

A: Generally it is T / T and L / C.

Q:How long is the delivery for your industrial part?

A: Generally speaking, it will take us 15 working days for machining parts and 25 working days for stamping parts products. But we will shorten our lead time as soon as possible according to customers' demands.

Q:Do you have the item in stock?

A:I am sorry we don’t have the item in stock, All products are made with orders.

Q: what is your after-sales Service?

A:one year warranty for all kinds of products; If you find any defective accessories first time, we will give you the new parts for free to replace in the next order, as an experienced manufacturer, you can rest assured of the quality and after-sales service.  

Q:Do you provide OEM services? Can I request my own logo?

A:Yes, we can provide OEM services for product with volume. Feel free to asking us of the details about your branding needs.

Q:What kind motors you can provide?

A:For now, we mainly provide permanent magnet brushed dc motors (including vibration motors, low voltage dc motors and high voltage dc motors),AC universal motors, reduction gear motors and other types of motors.

Q:Is there a MOQ for your motors?

A:Yes. The MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after sample approval. But it's also okay for us to accept smaller lots like a few dozens, hundreds or thousands for the initial 3 orders after sample approval. for samples, there is no MOQ requirement. But the less the better (like no more than 5pcs) on condition that the quantity is enough in case any changes needed after initial testing.

Q:When will make delivery ?                                                                                A: -Sample Order: 1-3 days after receipt of the full payment.   

-Stock Order: 3-7days after receipt of the full payment 

-OEM Order: 12-20days after receipt of the deposit.  

 Q:Are you motors reversible?

A:For all the low voltage dc motors, they are reversible (when you exchange the electrical poles, they can run in another direction). For the high voltage dc motors, if clients only need to run the motor in one direction, we'll shift the brushes by some small angle in reference to the permanent magnet (brush offset). That can favor the required one direction of rotation, but the other direction has higher sparkling and worse performance. The stall torque for the favor rotation will be less, but the max. Efficiency point will be higher. 

Q:Is it possible for you to develop new motors if we provide the tooling cost?

A:Yes. Please kindly share the detailed requirements like performance, size, annual quantity, target price etc. Then we'll make our evaluation to see if we can arrange.

Q: How To Order ? 

A: Step 1, please tell us what model and quantity you need; 

Step 2, then we will make a PI for you to confirm the order details;     

Step 3, when we confirmed everything, can arrange the payment;  

Step 4, finally we deliver the goods within the stipulated time.   

Q:Could you send me a price list?

A:For all of our motors, they are customized based on different requirements like lifetime, noise, voltage, and shaft etc. The price also varies according to annual quantity. So it's really difficult for us to provide a price list. If you can share your detailed requirements and annual quantity, we'll see what offer we can provide.

Q:I need a non-standard motor for my application, can you help?

A:Certainly, most of our customers request custom configurations in one form or another. If you plan on replacing a motor in an existing application, just send us a drawing or sample and we can help you to locate a like-for-like product. Alternatively, contact us and describe your application and product specifications, our engineers will work with you to create a solution tailor-made for you.
