The working principle of the transportation machinery motor is realized based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When current flows into the winding around the stator, the magnetic field generated will cause the iron core and armature in the motor to generate rotational torque.

1.The composition of the motor

The stator is a fixed part inside the motor, and its main components are iron core, winding, terminal box and so on. The iron core is the main component of the motor stator, which is formed by laminating multiple rectangular silicon steel sheets. The winding is the coil part in the motor stator, which is woven into a coil from conductive material in a certain way, and then connected to the terminal box of the motor respectively. The terminal box is the interface between the motor and the power system, which is convenient for debugging and maintenance of the motor.
