2.2 automatic control system

With automatic control system, it can monitor the working status of the unit in real time, and truly realize the unattended operation of the equipment room.

In addition to cooperating with the combustible gas sensor in the box, the automatic monitoring system can also cooperate with the flammable gas sensor installed in the room to transmit alarms to the automatic control box, and then cut off the gas pipeline, lock the unit operation, and ensure the overall safety of the machine room; At the same time, the automatic monitoring system cooperates with the temperature sensor and the oil level sensor in the box to closely detect the running status of the unit; when the temperature exceeds the safe set value, the unit is directly stopped, the lock is blocked, and the gas line is cut off. It can be managed by the mobile operation and maintenance management center through the RS222 interface, and centrally monitor the operation status of each base station unit, including: voltage, current, frequency, temperature, gas, oil level and other signal and alarm information, and the center can directly control the unit according to the need. stop.

The automatic control system can realize the following safety protection functions: overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overload protection, frequency protection, gas leakage protection, chassis temperature protection, low oil level protection and cooling water temperature protection.

2.3 Silent vibration reduction system

The Silent Damping System includes a silent vibration-damping chassis and an air-in and air-out silencer. The silent system greatly reduces the mechanical noise of the engine. It is equipped with a silent vibration-damping chassis and a large air duct silencer to meet the high-quiet demand.

In the enhanced configuration, the noise can be as low as 45db or less, meeting the requirements of various environments.

2.4 gas system

The gas system is mainly composed of gas storage tanks and gas control components. In recent years, mature gas cylinder storage technology has created basic conditions for the promotion of natural gas generators. At present, the use of gas cylinders should meet the requirements of national safety standards.

2.5 Natural gas generator usage model

The natural gas generator is used in a fixed installation mode at the communication base station, and the generator output AC power is connected to the existing base station AC input distribution box. In the case of power failure of the mains, priority battery power supply, until the battery is discharged to a certain extent (by voltage detection), the natural gas power generation equipment automatically starts to generate electricity, after starting, the generator can carry all the power equipment in the base station.

The natural control system of the natural gas generator has the RS222 intelligent output interface, which can directly access the mature monitoring network. The monitoring center can read various operational data and status of natural gas generators, such as voltage, current, frequency, temperature, gas, oil level and other signal and alarm information.

The natural gas generator is fixedly installed in the base station and can be considered for the following applications:

a. Portable diesel generators cannot enter the area where power is generated.

b. Areas that are sensitive to the noise of portable diesel generators.

c. Base stations far from the power generation support center.
